Swede chips

These are a delicious, lower-carb version of potato chips, and they have a delicious flavour.

Ingredients:
1/2 large swede/ 1 small swede
1 tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of rosemary
Pinch of chilli flakes

Method
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Peel the swede and slice it into chip-size pieces. Line a roasting tray with foil and fill with swede. Then scatter the coconut oil and seasoning over. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot with my smoked paprika dip. Enjoy!
