This is a really easy and healthy recipe to make, and works well as a spread or as a dip for crudités. I like to spread mine on Raw Health beetroot dippers.
Makes 1 bowl, or roll them into balls for a more portable snack.
Ingredients:
240g chickpeas
200g peas (frozen or fresh)
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
A large handful of parsley, long stems removed
A couple of pinches black pepper
A large pinch of salt
Chilli flakes, as much as desired
Method:
Put everything except the chilli flakes into a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the chilli flakes and store in the fridge.
