This is such a simple recipe that works well with a whole range of dishes, but I like it best served with fish. Try serving this with my Sea bass with roast vegetables or my Creamy red pepper haddock. For a starter or snack, try serving it with my Spiced smoky sweet potato wedges.
Ingredients:
240g defrosted peas (I steam frozen peas for 6 minutes)
1 clove garlic
Juice of 1/4 lemon
60ml water
Method: Blend everything together in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy!
