Zingy Mustard Dressing

This dressing has a slight spicy kick to it and is perfect with beef – I like to serve it with my Broccoli, aubergine and beef stir-fry, but it also works well as a salad dressing.

Makes 1 jar

Ingredients:

2tbsp English mustard

2tbsp apple cider vinegar

Juice of lemon

Method:

Mix everything together and store in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
