Hazelnut Praline Chocolate Spread

Think: Healthy Nutella. Yes, really. This rich and indulgent chocolatey spread is high in protein and healthy fats and dangerously moreish. Try spreading it on my grain-and-gluten-free Banana Bread for a treat or fresh fruit for a snack.

Ingredients:

1 quantity of my Toasted Hazelnut Butter

4tbsp maple syrup

3tbsp cacao powder

125ml almond milk

Method:

Once you’ve made the hazelnut butter, add it to a food processor or powerful blender along with the other ingredients and blend everything together until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in the fridge.
