I’m really excited to share this news with you – and a little nervous too. I’ve just created my first ever vlog! Vlogging has been something that I’ve wanted to do for a while. I used to think it was really strange and never even watched other people’s vlogs; I just couldn’t understand why people would want to watch the details of people’s lives and what they get up to. However, I then discovered vloggers whose videos I really enjoyed, including Carly Rowena, Cat Meffan, Gracefituk and Zanna Van Dijk. These are a few of my favourite vloggers and they really encouraged me to do my own. I thought it would be a good way for you all to get to know me a bit more and so I decided to share my first vlog on my holiday in Crete. I wanted to give you an insight into what I ate on my holiday, how I trained and how I found a balance between enjoying myself and staying healthy.
I don’t know whether vlogging will become a regular thing for me; starting in September I’ll be struggling with A levels, so don’t expect to see much of me during term time! However I’d like to film a few during the remainder of my summer holidays, and possibly some weekends and future holidays too.
